2026 NCIAAI Spring Conference

Monday May 18 - Friday May 22, 2026

$200 booth fee

Please join us as a vendor during the 2026 NCIAAI Spring Conference in Pinehurst, NC at Sandhills Community College.

For the low price of $200, you can choose to have your booth for just one day or stay with us every day of the conference!

(A single booth size is 8' x 10')

Additionally, vendor support in the form of break sponsorship is always welcome.

As part of an optional break sponsorship, your company will receive special recognition.

Please consider a minimum of $200 additional to sponsor a break.

Attendees at the conference include public fire investigators and law enforcement officers representing municipal, county, state, and even federal agencies as well as private sector fire investigators and those representing insurance investigation units.

On average, over 200 fire investigation professionals travel from across North Carolina and other states to attend this training event.

Vendor booths are strategically located in the lobby area near the classrooms for maximum visibility and attendee access.

We ask vendors to strongly consider providing a prize for drawings.  This helps attract attendee interest and provides extra visibility for your company.

Vendors may set up their booth on 5/18/2026 after 7:00 a.m. or anytime during the conference hours.

Hotel arrangements are still being finalized.  Once this information is available, all currently registered vendors will be notified by email of the update.
