The following information is a quick guide to accessing and using the attendance app by Results at Hand for accessing important information about seminars and/or conferences and to scan in for educational sessions at those events.

To download and install the app, search for and locate NC/SC IAAI Events in the App Store/Google Play.  You can also find your way there using one of the buttons below for your phone's operating system.

To view/update your profile, after logging in, look for the "hamburger" menu in the upper right corner.

This is represented by three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other to the right side of the house icon.

Clicking/tapping on the "hamburger" menu will open a window on the left side of your screen.

Select My Profile from the options.

Review the information and provide any updated details as needed.

For NC attendees, please ensure your full date of birth is displayed in the box for Birthdate. If you need to add/edit

your DOB, click/tap on the calendar icon (far right in the Birthdate box) then click/tap on the month/year to look up

the year and month for your birthday. Then select the day from the options listed.

In the Personal ID# box, the last four (4) numbers of your SSN should be displayed. If not, please add the numbers.

Both a complete date of birth and Personal ID (last four SSN) are required for NC attendees in order to receive

credit from NC OSFM.

For questions or assistance, please use the Support feature in the app.

Click/tap on the question mark/Support icon on the home screen or, using the "hamburger" menu, select Support

from the side menu.
