If you do not appear to be receiving full credit for the 2024 NC/SC Joint Confrence, please follow these steps  to work through a resolution.  If, after following these steps you are still not receiving full credit, please email membership@nciaai.com for assistance.

1. Log into the NC/SC Conference app on your mobile device.

2. Tap "Check In" at the top of the menu page.

3. Tap "View Credit Report"

4. If you have 33.5 hours in the CEU Tested portion of the Credit Report, you received full credit and don't need to do anything else.  Your certificate was/will be generated with 33.5 tested hours.  If you do NOT have 33.5 hours, please continue with this guide.

5. Tap the Back arrow in the upper left part of your screen or tap the house icon in the upper right corner.  Then, tap on Menu when you see it appear.

6.In the Home/Main Menu, tap on the Evaluation icon.

7. At the top of the Evaluation page, you should see your Tested Certificate and a number of CEUs tested as well as Untested Certificate and a number of untested CEUs.  Again, full credit for the 2024 Conference is 33.5 CEUs.  The number displayed will match the number of hours you found in Steps 3 and 4 above.  Below this is the evaluations that have and have not yet been completed.

If your Evaluations look like  Illustration #2 (any black banners/bars), this means you have an uncompleted Evaluation and this is likely why you aren't receiving credit for one or more sessions.

8. Tap on each line (black banner) to open the respective class evaluation.  Answer the rated questions (1-5 scoring) and tap the Save Evaluation button.  This will change the Incomplete black banner/bar to the greyed out color indicating that you've successfully completed the Evaluation process.

9. Repeat Step 8 for each class that was originally shown with an Incomplete Evaluation.

10.  When all Evaluations are completed, Return to the Main Menu, select Check In, View Credit Report.  You should now see Tested Hours of 33.5 if you attended all classes and passed all tests.  

11.  If you do not see full credit issued, tap on the three lines/bars in the upper right of your screen, then look for a refresh/recycle icon.

12. This should refresh your profile.  Return to the Main Menu, Check In, View Credit Report.  if you scanned your name tag for each class, passed the tests, and completed the evaluations for each offering, you should see the 33.5 hours of tested credit (and 33.5 hours of untested credit).

13.  After completing the outstanding Evaluations and you still do not see the CEUs earned (or what you thought you should have earned), please submit a request for help through the Conference app by tapping on the Support icon.

14. Lastly, if you do not see the My CEUs icon on the Main Menu of the app, this will not appear until certificates are re-issued on/after November 15th.  (no icon in the image below compared to the illustration above)
