Guest Room Reservation Instructions:

All single guest room rates are the per diem rate of $107/night (not including tax/fees).

**NOTE**All guest rooms on the entire property are considered “condos”.

**The two-bedroom oceanfront condo rate is $214/night (not including tax/fees). This may

be split between two room occupants/agencies at the per diem rate of $107/night per

occupant/agency.

If you select a two-bedroom condo, only one occupant needs to reserve the

room. You will only add the additional person’s name as an authorized occupant. The rate

will be split at the time of check-in. If both occupants make a reservation, you will be

responsible to pay the entire amount of $214/night.
