2024 NC/SC Joint Conference Registration Guide

While registering, you may follow the link to make hotel reservations or visit nciaai.com for details.

Online registrations will have a $10 service charge added to each registration.

For multiple registrations under a single payment, you'll complete an initial registration first.  Then, click/tap on the "Add to Cart" button. 

Next, follow the instructions to "Return to the registration form to add additional registrants to your cart."  You can do this by clicking/tapping on the "Attendee Registration" button.

When a new dialog box opens, click/tap on "Yes, add another registration" which will take you to a new registration form.  

Repeat these steps until you have each of the attendees registered.  After adding each person to your "cart," the total amount due will be recalculated.

When you're finished entering information for all attendees, click/tap on the "Pay Now" button.  For most registrations, select the button for Debit or Credit Cards.  If you have a PayPal account, you can pay through that method by choosing the "Pay with PayPal" button.
